People who contact Longgines Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep written notes of what was said.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Longgines Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• A description of what happened and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
